About Me

Earn a little money, make a few more friends and travel to a million new locations.

I have always been the JOKER in the pack. To use the done-to-death cliche again, I am a fun-loving person. I like to visit new places, meet new people, drink new liquor and read new books. I aspire to be a writer some day, someone in the mould of Wodehouse or Tom Sharpe, writing books that celebrate nonsense and humor. I always have a funny joke for every occasion and can safely say that I am very witty.

Majority is my time is spent reading something new, no matter if it is just a newspaper or an old book that I found somewhere. I am a very very greedy reader. Also, I love to socialize with my friends, and most such outings invariably end in all of getting drunk and having a blast of a time! I also love to travel, though money constraints have ensured that I haven't traveled as much as I wanted to. But I am working towards that end. My next trip to that wonderland is just one bank heist away.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once went on a night-trek to Kabaladurga, a small hillock some 80 kms away from Bangalore. I am a rookie mountaineer and there was a point in the climb where I was hanging on to my dear life with just three fingers gripping a small crevice in the rocks. I had to be 'rescued' by the guide. Although scared witless at that time, merely reflecting on the episode has my adrenaline pumping for more such action.
Once in college, a couple of my friends just took off to Goa with minimum cash in our pockets. We informed no one in college, spent two days in Goa roaming around on rented bikes, soaking in the beauty of the place. We had the time of our life, but alas, could never recreate the magic of the trip on any of our subsequent visits to Goa.
