I'm French Canadian visiting New Zealand at the moment.

I've been a scientific presenter for the Rio Tinto Alcan Planetarium in Montreal for few years now and I am quite fond of astronomy and science in general. I apparently always have an explanation or a study to explain anything (that's what my brother always complain about anyway).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I' m travelling New Zealand right now, enjoying the beautiful nature! I would like to meet local people here and there, try to learn about how people are living here. It's cool to visit but I feel like I'm missing a bit part of the experience if I just stick to hostel and meet only foreigners . And of course it would be nice to save a bit doing so.

Interests

I like outdoor stuff like hiking, surfing, white water kayaking and going in adventures! I like arts (I paint and draw a bit) and museums in general. I miss dancing so much!!! (swing, blues and salsa specially) I wish to learn to play banjo and sailing in the next 2 years!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Digging for dinosaur in the Bad Lands of Alberta and Saskatchewan....If you visit Canada's plains, you have to stop by Dinosaur Provincial Park...Dinosaurs everywhere!!!

My enthusiasm about everything! Fun stories, good recipes (i'm making the fluffiest scones), tips about places I've been. I've been told I'm fun (I think I'm funny but I guess everyone like their own humour) and I'm always up for an activity or some adventure!
