I'm a active, young human being and I want to learn about the world.
I want to meet peolple, make friends and make something of my life.
Sometimes I need a little motivation to get started.
I like to sport, but I live season by season, in winter I go snowboarding, in the summer I go wakeboarding and during spring and fall I go skateboarding or agressive rollerskating
I love to backpack and camp in the woods and mountains, and I love survival!
I have a great interest in spiritual things, but I don't really have a religion. I do believe in something greater, but I don't want to push myself into a religion!
(but I do respect everyones beliefs)
I have a brother and a sister, both younger than me and I currently still live with my parents
If there is any other thing you want to know, just send me a message!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have had a great hike in the Pyrenees, in France with my buddy
and on the second day we had walked over 16 hours with a heavy backpack, I had hurt myself a couple of times by falling over and I began to feel super bad. I had never been so down.
I was cold (we were walking on top of a mountain in the snow, and it was the most beautiful scenery I saw), You couldn't hear a thing, it was pretty "shocking", but calming.
I carried on in the dark (my friend was up front, and knew I was in a bad mood) and in the dark, in search of a good place to pitch our tent I had bumped my head into a tree, leaving me bleeding from my head.
I became so angry and berserk I started to run, shout and hit everything with my walking stick. It was as if I was letting all of the frustration and negative emotions out. I had an enormous amount of energy in an instant!
when I was done "raging" my friend came up to me, calmed me down, and he told me we were going to set up camp on the spot. When we dropped out backpacks, we saw a bear pass by in the dark. He stood there, sniffing 10 meters away from us.
We remained as calm as possible and we didn't say a word.
After a couple of minutes, the bear left.
We pitched the tent as fast as we could, put our food in a bag and hanged in a tree and went to sleep.
That night we didn't sleep much, but it was okay.
The next day, I had the best day of my life...
I was feeling exhausted physically, but mentally I could move mountains! I didn't care my feet hurt, I didn't care that I was exhausted, I just wanted to walk!
Along the way we stopped at a natural hot spring, and because we had walked over 16 hours the other day, we were ahead on schedule, so we stayed some hours at the hotsprings to eat, rest and relax...
It really was some of the most amazing things I have experienced!
The most amazing friendship with my friend Maarten, who had dragged me trough my tough time, the negative emotions and frustrations I let out, the physical pain, but the mental "enlightment" and the most amazing scenery I have ever seen!
