I love history. When you get the stories of real people who lived before, history comes alive, giving you the chance to understand how things unfold under real world conditions. It's more educational than reading the current news, because if human nature is unchanged, you can predict the future by learning how things played out in past eras that resemble today. I have a bit of a dry wit that comes out once I get to know you.
