About Me

Finding new friends and enrich the world :-)

I'm reliable, uncomplicated, friendly (except in the mornings, where I can be a bit "short" - that is just not my time) and like to spend time with friends, listen to music and relax a little.

Be and let be, and do not harm others, so everybody can have a nice time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am rather new to couchsurfing with unknown people, but me and my friends often have friends from other cities and countries as guests in our appartments, and we often plan trips together in big groups (15-20 people). So I am quite experienced as host and also as a guest, as I frequently visit friends all over the place :-)

Computers, Psychology, People, Humor, Economy, Politics - and many more things. Almost anything can be interesting to me.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Almost Famous, everything from Christopher Nolan, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, 10 things I hate about you, Lord of War, intelligent comedies.
Music: Indie, Rock, Pop - like Snow Patrol, Roxette, Placebo, Green Day, Train, and I also really like Soundtracks.
Books: Song of Ice and Fire, most books by Ken Follett, Kingkiller Chronicles, Born to Run (and other interesting autobiographies), Stieg Larsson, Harry Potter, and many more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling to Cologne with just a sleeping bag and no idea of where to stay, and getting to know people within the first hour and having a nice guest host within the next hour, and three great days in Cologne after that. I still can't believe that actually worked out ;-)
