I recently graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S. degree in Architecture and minors in sustainability and art & design. I am very excited to explore abroad before going to work. I am very open to new food and sharing cultures. I am the first generation of my family to be born in the US; I speak both English and Spanish.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet new people and most importantly, experience the life of the city from an insider's perspective.
I enjoy watching movies, reading, traveling, and dancing.
Architecture and the natural environment fascinate me and I am always interested to learn how these sites could coexist.
Music, Movies, and Books
I love to listen to hip hop, latin, rap, deep house, alternative rock, art/experimental rock, and jazz.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I purchased the wrong transportation ticket (language barrier) and ended up at the top of Corcovado Mountain in Rio, Brazil and had to hike all the way down for the next couple of hours by accident. *slow clap*
Teach, Learn, Share
I am fluent in English and Spanish. I would love to learn more of Portuguese and Italian! I also have a background in architecture and art/design... so if you need any design/aesthetic tips- I gotchu. I would love to learn more languages and hear some of your own experiences too!
