ABOUT ME

I grew up in the Haight Ashburry in San Francisco, CA, living in a French/English bilingual household going to a bilingual school. I started skiing when I was two, and drove to the Sierras every weekend through high school to ski and compete in Freestyle.
I finished high school last year, so I'm currently taking a gap year as a ski coach at Squaw before I head to CU Boulder next fall (where I'm afraid I might have to keep skiing)

PHILOSOPHY

Always follow a passion. When money gets in the way, take a deep breath, laugh and go on anyway, because all the other people who share that passion will come together and help you out. And when you've been that helping hand, you've earned another tomorrow by what you've done today.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm brand new to all this but I'm hoping to dive right in! I don't currently have a place of my own, and the only couch I own is still at my parents' house (but boy is it comfy when I'm there).
This year my travel is planned around skiing, and what better way to get to know a ski town then from its locals?

Intereses

Skiing, fresh air, mountains, trampoline, cooking, scrabble, biking, going to sleep way too late when I have to wake up super early at some god awful hour of the morning for a perfectly crazy reason
