Overview
About Me
Living the dream in Denver, Colorado. I enjoy spending time in the mountains with my black lab, and drinking whiskey.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love travel - especially cheap travel! I've heard about couchsurfing for years, so figured it's finally time to give it a whirl.
Interests
Anything that involves being outside - backpacking, hiking, camping, rock climbing, caving, and under-water basket weaving, just to name a few activities. I'm always interested in meeting new people and discovering their unique story. The sociologist in me loves discussing why people function the way we do, and what we could do to make things better.

Music, Movies, and Books
Not terribly picky in this department - I can find some creative good in most music, I'll give any movie from Redbox a shot, and anything by C.S. Lewis or Jon Krakauer is bound to be a solid read.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent a day biking 50 miles from London to Cambridge, with only one stop for a beer and lasagna about half way through.
Teach, Learn, Share
You're never too dumb to teach something, never too smart to learn something, and never to poor to share something. Make the most out of what you have, and encourage others to do the same.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm an easy going guy with (I like to think) a good sense of humor. I enjoy fostering conversation with people who have views that are opposed to mine, and will do my best to make you think about who you are in this world.
