ABOUT ME
I was raised in the South but have been really interested in the broader world since I could first read. I spent some time studying in school and university in London and Rome, respectively, then headed to Ukraine after I graduated to work with the Peace Corps for 2 years. I was able to not just live in a different place and learn new languages, but I also had the chance to travel all around the region while I was here. After I finished working in Ukraine at the end of 2012, I spent a month or so traveling through India, Thailand, and South Korea before returning to the US and starting a new job in Washington, DC.
