Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To couch surf the world over! More recently, to couch surf through New York!
ABOUT ME
A bit quirky, average, cautious, kind, easy going, respectful
PHILOSOPHY
My personal philosophy used to align with a great excerpt by Bill Murray from the movie, 'Groundhog Day':
"I'll give you a winter prediction: It's gonna be cold, it's gonna be gray, and it's gonna last you for the rest of your life."
Realizing that this probably sounded too off-putting, i traded it for a lyric from an Arrested Development song:
"I won the game of horseshoes. Now you owe me a watermelon."

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once got caught up in the hive-like mentality of a stampede during the 4th of july festivities in Detroit. A momentary bomb threat lead me running far and fast towards the oppositie direction without so much as a moment's thought. Strange how everyone will think and act the same in a real moment of fear and frenzied panic. It taught me to slow down and think about my reaction before settling in with the rest of the crowd.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: I can help you learn to see the world a little differently through the lens of graphic design. I can teach you how we're all a little bit effected by these subtle cues... I know this is a really strange thing to want to teach. So to that end, i can teach you how to take pictures! Help you learn how a camera works. I'm pretty handy with those things.
Learn: I'd like to learn more about how to be a better global citizen. Customs, ethics, morals, and a keen awareness of the world abroad. Teach me please!
Share: I'll share with you an optimistic sense of humor and a transparency for the things i do not know.
