About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To walk about in different places with nary a backpack and shadow. I've waited my whole life to be this free.

ABOUT ME

I am a person. A brother. A son. A godfather.

I am a non-practicing believer - am in love with ambition, and will sometimes remove myself from the scene by design. I am an addictive personality and a climber of trees. My left foot is slightly pigeon-toed. I smile a big smile despite a less than perfect grill. I Q-tip both ears simultaneously and in a circular motion. And for what itâ

PHILOSOPHY

Expect nothing in return for what you put in. It will become it's own reward and at worst, you will never be disappointed.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm going to be rigidly honest. I have never participated before - neither on CouchSurfing.org or even in the greater picture of traveling. I'm very much starting at the start.

I think it's amazing that you all offer up your couches. Really, it's incredible. A lot of people are talking about this in Toronto and no one really believes what's happening. I tell them about this other world of people who share stories and good company... and everyone stares at me in amazement.

And yes - one day I do hope to come home (did I mention I'm going around the world this year?) and offer my couch to some other world traveler who happens to pass through.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had none. I can't wait to find out what it's like.
