A young, happily engaged Texan who somehow found himself in Michigan. While meant to be the start of a career in engineering, this long term adventure in Detroit is meant to learn more about myself; to quote The Magic School Bus, life is all about taking chances, getting messy, and making mistakes. I'm here to open my couch to any person with a case of wanderlust, and also to show Detroit is not all doom and gloom, look hard enough and you'll find some diamonds in the rough
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A friend told me of his experiences on CS, and how he loved all the people he met along his journeys.

Teach, Learn, Share
What I want to teach is to be yourself; embrace yourself and learn to appreciate who you are
I love to learn about people: where they come from, why they do what they do, I enjoy the stories of any person, whether they be epic adventures or just mundane trips to the grocery store
I'll share life's small victories and big enjoyments with anyone who walks through my door....and nachos, because everyone loves nachos
