ABOUT ME

I love SD! I'm so glad I by the beach and would recommend it for all short-term or long-term residents. I find the ocean to be very powerful, magnetic and calming. You can often find me out jogging, riding my bike or playing horseshoes with friends. I would like to learn to surf this year. You surf?

Random list of things I like: taking pictures, my career, movies/TV, playing cards, sports, working out, talking politics/economy/current events/culture, the beach, riding bike, meeting new people and being spontaneous.

I love to travel! One of my favorite countries to visit is Italy...the food, wine, culture, history! Getting lost in the maze known as Venice, being awe struck by the Statue of David, enjoying gelato while people watching at the Trevi Fountain and wondering why the leaning Tower of Pisa is such a big deal are just a few of my many wonderful memories. Costa Rica is a favorite as well. 20 of us were lucky enough to witness two close friends get married on the beach and spend 10 fabulous days enjoying the surf, hot springs, lava flowing down Mt Arenal and the many other adventures.

Wide variety! I recently saw Unwritten Law play at the House of Blues. I am not a fan of the new Guns & Roses album, but love their old stuff. I listened to the Dixie Chicks CD I own on a recent drive to Disneyland. This past weekend, I sang a Poison tune at karaoke.
