SORRY, TRAVELLING FOR A YEAR, SO A CANNOT HOST YOU. Once Im home i will try to give back all the generousity i got while travelling, and hosting you will be one of those.
Okay, time to update my profile entirely..
Hey, its Angela!
Who am i? I am this moment trying to write this "about me" section. Other than that, Im a nature lover (that seemed proper to say about myself in the first place). This says a lot.. some of them: I love travelling, but I travel for the nature and for the people i meet; mothernature; hiking, sleeping outside; plants, gardening, veggies, animals; i have a horse for 8 years, and we do natural horsemanship, through which we are creating a strong friendship and trust without using any harmless stuff.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe getting to know new people is one of the most amazing thing you can do in life, especially while travelling. Cause travelling is not about seeing all the tourists sights and walking on the beaten path. Its about embracing all the new things that a place can give you, and meeting the people there, listening to THEIR stories instead of an audio in a crowded museum.
And because the more i travel, the more i realise how beuatiful and kind people are, and im losing my prejudices more and more.
Music, Movies, and Books
I hate choosing favourites - cause somehow i believe it limits your mind and your seeking of new things (but maybe its just me) of anything but:
as for music i like indie, jazz, blues and some other types. Like Eddie Vedder, Paul Izak, Xavier Rudd, Hozier, Chet Faker, George Ezra, Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash, Sleeping at Last and many other. Some say that Im the biggest "chill music listener", which I found partly true, but not in every way.
Update: finally i found my very favourite book: Peter Marshall - The Raging Moon or Richard Bach - One or the Illusions also from him, Salinger - The Cather in the Rye, Alan Watts - The wisdom of insecurity
also like reading some kind of psychological ones from hungarians or others.
a movie that inspires me: Into the Wild,
Mr Nobody, Good Will Hunting are here to mention too.
I love listening to Alan Watts, he s amazing.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
doing workaway in Portugal, and travelling on my own
living really off the grid on a greek island for 6 weeks
stepping on the way of living more to the fullest, and to discover the world more
riding around forest and hills for 5 days, each night sleeping somewhere else under the stars
couchsurfing is always amazing
climbing through the fence of the abandoned Spreepark Berlin amusement park and got almost caught by guards and dogs
climbing up to the top of the mast of our sailing boat
