About Me

Live Life to the Fullest

I started traveling out of the country on the summer of my sixth grade. I was 12 then. My first stop was Paris, and it has made quite an impression on me. I toured Europe twice since then and have been to France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Israel, Portugal,Czech Republic,Monaco, and Andorra. I've also briefly visited Hongkong, Taiwan and recently China. In the States, I have been to California, Las Vegas, New York, Washington, New Jersey, and Maryland.

Locally, I visit different beaches and scenic spots in my country.

I believe that a lot of things can be learned through traveling. It's a great experience to travel and see the world, and one day I would want to share these stories to my grandchildren.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

My family has always been very accommodating to visitors, we have entertained various people from other countries in the past. Whenever we have a free room or house to share, we welcome people to stay. The couch surfing project is a really good idea to make travel easier for a lot of people.

While I was in New York, I met up some CSers, we just planned to meet up and hang out but we ended up sleeping in her house and partying and over all having a nice time in New York!

I am interested in art and photography. I love seeing new places and cultures. Traveling is one of my passions. I love learning other cultures and their languages. As of the present time, I have studied basic Spanish, Mandarin, and French. The different culinary experiences that travel affords is also great.

Music, Movies & Books

I love the Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale, biographies or autobiographies and other such types of non-fiction books. I love listening to different kinds of music but I particularly enjoy Cold Play, Snow Patrol, Counting Crow, Semisonic, Enya, Tori Amos. I know i like a song the moment i hear it, whatever genre it may belong to.
As for movies, there are too many too mention but I like movies with unique and very deep sentiments behind its plot such as Jeux d'Enfants and a Very Long Engagement are some of my favorites.

One Amazing Thing I've Done

I think one amazing thing I have done is I have been to the Dead Sea. I have never thought it possible that I would be able to and just found myself there...in the lowest point of the Earth.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think that we should always be reminded that we should make the most of our time on Earth because life is short and we must live life to the fullest. That is why I endeavor to explore the world and gather as many experiences and learn a lot of things. Most of all, I want to touch people's lives, and hope that their lives where somehow made a bit better because I passed their way, even maybe just through a simple gesture of smile - to brighten up someone's day.
