About Me

CURRENT MISSION

learn as much as possible

ABOUT ME

I'm friendly and I enjoy meeting new interesting people.
I enjoy learning, whether it should be about other cultures (I'm especially interested in Japanese culture) or just checking out weird stuff on wikipedia :)
I also enjoy reading comic books, as well as literature, watching movies and going out with my friends.

PHILOSOPHY

langsam langsam aber sicher

= slowly but surely. my grandfather used to say that a lot :)

Music, Movies, and Books

music: it varies, I like almost anything: the Beatles, Mika, Hysteric Blue, Pearl Jam, Rammstein, Goo Goo Dolls, Edith Piaf and many Israeli artists. I can listen to anything :)

books: I like books that speak about people's lives, although they really don't have to be biographies. stuff like Norwegian Wood/Haruki Murakami, Angela's Ashes/Frank McCourt, The Kite Runner/Khaled Hosseini.

Movies: My Fair Lady, Chicago, The Shawshank Redemption, Million Dollar Baby, A Clockwork Orange, Matrix (only the first, though), Cube, Bridget Jones's Diary, Pride and Prejudice (the serie, not the dreadful movie starring Keira Knightly), Love Actually, Shrek (1+2+3), Lord of the Rings

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It doesn't snow very often in Jerusalem, barely once a year and that also stays for a day or so. Last week I visited a friend who lives near by and as I was walking back home, it started snowing heavily. This was one of the most beautiful sights I've ever seen :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I hardly see myself as an expert for anything. I can offer my views regarding Israeli and middle east conflicts, as well as many other topics.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, United Kingdom
