Hi,
I am Anna, a student living in Heidelberg where I finished my bachelor's degree in Biology and recently started medical school to become a doctor.
I love to travel and get to know new people, new countries and cultures! I am very open minded, always very positive and up for any spontanous adventures, but I also love to just stay in sometimes and watch a movie. I am a great fan of food and love to try new things as well as cooking on my own. Music is a big part of my life, I know how to play a few instruments, still trying to teach myself the guitar and if there's a karaoke bar I won't be far!
My studies are quite time consuming, but I try to get outside as often as possible. I love love love to go hiking! And if I am about to go crazy over too much anatomy and biochemistry of the human body and all the information in my head I do a bit of yoga.
As I come from a big family (I've got four younger siblings, and like a million cousins) I am used to and love being around lots of people ALL the time. I love the chaos, and the noise, the laughter that comes with every birthday there is to celebrate.

As I said before I love to meet new people. Staying in a new city with someone who lives there and can tell me some inside facts is so much better than to stay at a hostel - it's so much more homely!
I am hoping to meet like-minded people and maybe finding some amazing new friends, cause you can't ever have enough of those, right?

兴趣

Exploring new places is probably my favorite thing in the world - I love to go hiking!!
I don't like to be alone, doesn't really matter if it's being with my boyfriend or a bunch of people I just met at the fireplace next to that lake - I am a very social person.

I am fine listiening to mostly every kind of music. I really like German bands and music with a Rock/Pop/Indie mix. And of course I like every kind of music that you can dance to. I enjoy listenting to soundtracks a lot.
Oh! And Disney Songs!!!! As well as the movies, obviously - I am a big musical fan.
Harry Potter marathons can absolutely happen every six months or so.
As far as the best book goes that I have ever read, I would have to go with Siddharta by Hermann Hesse.

The most amazing things I got to do so far: living in Seattle and whale watching in Argentina. And as of spring 2016 I can add a two week diving marine biology trip in the Mediteranian Sea, which was really really awesome!

If I end up staying on your couch I can share my stories about traveling, living in Seattle and about my family - I LOVE my family. It's a big one and it's chaotic and it's the most important thing to me in the world!!
