I'm a pastry chef. I work hard day in and day out. Once a year, I take a vacation and its two weeks to one awesome destination! 2014 was France, and this year, 2015, is a road trip to San Francisco.

Our trip in France was pretty epic! We stayed in Paris on a failing air mattress, a 4 star hotel, a b&b in the smallest town you've never heard of, and two chateaus! All over the board of accommodations. The Chateaus were awesome. We ended up becoming friends with the family who ran the winery of the last place we stayed, and had an epic meal in their kitchen on our last night; it made for an unforgettable experience.

Haven't done this couch surfing thing before, but I'll give it a try! It'll be like university all over again! I lived in a house with 11 other roommates. When you are all on the same page, it's pretty awesome.

Can't wait to begin this experience!!!
