Overview
About Me
Having lived most of my life in China, I was lucky enough to have been exposed to foreign cultures at an early age. Now that I've lived in the US (mostly in LA and then Chicago) for over two years, I am eager to explore more of this country and its mixed cultures. I love travel, and learning the stories of places. Also I guess I'm bit of a foodie;-)
I'm easy-going, passionate about life, and family and friends are the most important things in my life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm always interested in learning new things and meeting new people, especially people from different cultural backgrounds. Being on Couchsurfing is a brand new experience for me and I can't wait to meet new friends and start my adventures;-)

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Indie pop/rock, jazz; (actually my playlist is so mixed lol)
Movies: The Before Sunrise series; (usually prefer light-hearted comedy)
Books: Been reading a translated version of "Les Choses" by George Perec, love it so much.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Guess so far the most amazing thing should be resigning my job back then to come study in the US, which completely changed my life and opened a brand new chapter of my life. I've got more exposures to various cultures and really start to appreciate differences. I also developed new perspectives for life and myself.
