ABOUT ME
.25 Norwegian .25 Swedish and .5 of who knows what else? I love to meet new people and like to go with the flow. Opportunity is something I actively look for and try to say "Yes!" to whenever I can (hence the couch surfing profile). In doing so, I have had some awesome experiences at the tender age of 19. I love the outdoors and exploring, whether it be a concrete jungle or a real one. I drive a terribly ugly, brown, 1984 toyota Camry that I lovingly call Cameron and I am super attached to (b/c it has taught me things like humility and patience...). Currently, I am a student studying Pscyh w/a minor in Communications at Corban University in Salem, OR (look it up, its a good school!). At the end of this road called "education" I am aiming to have a job in social work. There are a total of 6 people in the "fam bam" and they are each very dear to me. Also, I am a sap and love (i mean LOVE) '90's romantic comedies and 'Pride and Prejudice.'
Interests
Any kind of story that is well told will really grab my attention. Whether this story be in the form of a novel, a play, around the dinner table, in a movie etc. It does not matter. I just love stories! Also, anything Disney, anything to do with Pirates, and people's heritage/family tree's really fascinate me.... idk why but they just do. So in essence, I spend my time reading about Disney pirate's family heritage, around the dinner table.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went to Hawaii on a whim to visit a friend for the weekend (Dad's a pilot = free tickets and SUPER discounts). This trip was super awesome because a.) it was hawaii and I am from overcast WA state and b.) I was shown an incredible amount of hospitality from the people I met.
Another moment that left me awestruck was when I said goodbye to my uncle who died of cancer. This is kind of a downer, but it was amazing to truly know the value and importance of life when it was so dear and feeble.
