CURRENT MISSION

I left home to see the world, explore the cultures of the different continents and to experience moments that would change my life and I can honestly say that so far, every incident, whether it was planned or a complete accident has been incredible.

ABOUT ME

A backpacker with an aim to explore the world - not all at once unfortunately but I have my whole life to check out what the globe has to offer! Out-going, always up for a good laugh, love to get involved, definitely not someone who takes a backseat in life. Loves new adventures and travelling has already proved to provide a lot of them. My reason for travelling is to enjoy life, exeperience life and take home some breath taking, unforgettable memories that will no doubt last forever.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that everything happens for a reason. So much so that I got it tattoo'd on my foot whilst in Thailand after a series of events lead to me believe it's true. Meeting people, taking the wrong train, going to a certain bar are all things that lead to adventures and they all happened for a reason. Life is too short not to live for every opportunity.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed once with a friend and had the most amazing exeprience with a fantastic host in Melbourne which has encouraged me to start my own couchsurfing site.

Interests

Roadtrips, sunsets, quirky cafes, marshmellows with hot chocolate, waterfalls, (climbing waterfalls) comedy festivals, exercise, live music, good night life scenery... this list would be way too long if I got too carried away!

Music, Movies, and Books

I wouldn't say I have a particular theme of book or movie that I like, I'm pretty open minded and enjoy a bit of everything, you'd only have to take one look at my Ipod to see the evidence! I love reading, lets me zone out of the world for a few hours into some peace and quiet! Always up for a good movie session - no complaints there!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Driving with ten other people in the Pai Mountains in Northern Thailand on Vespas to come across a land crack which we climbed a huge hill to check it out and then sat with beers watching the most beautiful sunset as it set behind the mountains. Beautiful scenery, amazing people, unforgettable memory.
