About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Planning a trip across the USA. Hoorah!
ABOUT ME
I like red kettles, torn paper and wearing mittens in winter. I believe that avocado and asparagus make sandwiches seem a little bit more special. I can't walk past an old penguin book cover without stopping. I drink my coffee black, with no sugar. As a small child, I used to collect postage stamps. I really like chairs and I'm not quite sure why. I read The Age and The Sydney Morning Herald every day. I like the word peppercorns.
I currently work in communications and graphic design. I'm an avid sandwich maker, aspirational gym membership holder, and one-time raffle winner.
PHILOSOPHY
Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better. - Samuel Beckett.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: All of the Pixar movies. Romantic comedies. Foreign films. More musicals than I'd care to admit to.
Music: Megan Washington, Sarah Blasko, Art vs Science, Seeker Lover Keeper, Two Door Cinema Club, Acid House Kings, Belle & Sebastian, Matt & Kim.
Books: Jonathan Franzen, Richard Flanagan, Zadie Smith, Christopher Hitchins.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Amazing things include seeing Ian McKellen in Waiting for Godot at Her Majesty's Theatre. Watching Seeker Lover Keeper and Megan Washington at The Gov. Seeing the textures of Point Perpendicular up close, and likewise the moss and trees in Tasmania. And chocolate creme oreos dipped in dark Belgian chocolate.
