Winning the lottery so I can retire in Mexico and dive every day
Basically, I work so I can take off once every few years for a few weeks. And everytime I'll spend days on the Internet researching destinations and flight options, and everytime I'll end up in Mexico. What can I say ? I traveled and lived there for two years, and I feel a special connection to this country, its culture and its people (and don't even get me started on the awesome food !!!)
Since I've taken up scuba diving, though, my travels tend to be more expensive and less extensive.
Other than that, I'm easy-going, trustworthy, funny and terrible at describing myself.
Live and let live.
You can't take money to your grave, might as well spend it now.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My studio in Paris is unfortunately way too small for me to accommodate any guest while I'm in town. However, I could let you stay here the next time I travel. It's very tiny but perfectly located in the Montmartre area. You can also contact me if you want to meet for coffee/dinner or hotel/restaurant/visit recommendations in my area.
None on CS. I've had friends and relatives stay over when I lived in a bigger appartment and I've spent lots of nights at my friends' places in the USA, Mexico and Barcelona.
Diving, snorkeling, traveling, riding motorcycles, conversation, laughing, reading, photography, arts and crafts, discovering new people, cultures and food, laying in a hammock doing nothing…
- scuba diving
Music, Movies, and Books
Red Hot Chili Peppers, Smashing Pumpkins, Janis Joplin, Otis Redding, Miles Davis…
James Ellroy, Dennis Lehane, John Steinbeck, Charles Baudelaire, Gustave Flaubert, Emile Zola, mystery/roman noir novels, anything about diving…
Into the Wild, Gone with the Wind, Thelma & Louise, comedy/adventure movies, but to be honest, since I've discovered TV shows such as Lost, I haven't gone much to the movies.
