Live, laugh, learn.
I am from Trois-Rivières, Québec, & move to Montréal in 2010 for my university studies. I was on exchange in Barcelona this winter & am now traveling around Europe.
I am a business student; I major in International management & minor in Psychology.
I would like to be a social entrepreneur one day, to be able to make a difference somehow !
I'm outgoing, easy to get along with, and always have new projects and dreams. I'm very determined and hardworking, so usually when I start something, I finish it !
I try to always be positive, I like to laugh, try new stuff and mostly do uncommon things :)
Life is no matter of chance, it's a matter choice. It's not something to be waited for, it's something to be achieved.
&& Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for a while, and leave footprints on our heart.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
So far I have only been surfing, and it's been awesome ! I would really like to host when I'll go back home, in September.
I met a few people through CS while I was living in Barcelona, and even found a running group through this website. I surfed in Madrid and in Lithuania, and it was absolutely great !
I love sports in general, but do mostly running & biking. I also love travelling, meeting new people and learning new languages. I speak French, English and my Spanish is pretty good.
I like outdoor & cultural activities, go to museums even though I don't know much about art ! I like to learn about anything and everything.
Music, Movies, and Books
At the moment listening to Catalan & Spanish music... Els Amics de les Arts, Mago de Oz, El Canto del Loco.
I also like Foals, Coldplay, Frighten Rabbits, Jack Johnson, The Black Keys, Arcade Fire, Air, Coeur de Pirate.... Etc. etc. etc !!
Soooo much, it's impossible to name them all :P
At the moment I'm also reading books in Spanish, and really liked Carlos Ruiz Zafon.. Or books from Quebec authors (La Trilogie du Bonheur, Marie Laberge)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sand surfing in Cape Reinga, New Zealand & seeing the Tasman sea and the Pacific Ocean meet.
Sunset on the Ha Long Bay (Vietnam), enjoying a beer on the bow of a wooden boat.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can help you with your French or English if you're learning this language :) I'm good in cooking, and particularly like to bake !
I'd be interested in learning to cook food from other cultures (Spanish& Catalan food of course, but also Asian food !)
I would like to learn about photography !
