ABOUT ME

We are a newly engaged young couple who are just starting to plan for our wedding next summer (2011). We met in choir class in high school (we know, it's corny), and have been together ever since. We LOVE our two bengal cats, Cujo and Lula. We are very welcoming and have oodles of southern hospitality.

PHILOSOPHY

We believe the the hippi's had it right (except for the multiple sex partner thing). That love is what makes the world go round, and that it is formed and manifests within personal relationships.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As a young couple, we want to be contributing members of society. We are new to couch surfing, but think its a great idea to connect with people becuase that is what life is all about, relationships! And of course, it's just awesome to make friends from all over.

We love movies. Ann rarely has time to read for her leisure (because she's always reading nursing books for school), but Conrad likes to read survival books.. you know.. just in case. We appreciate all forms of music (opera, tribal, classical, even rap with curse words). We love to sing, so don't be wierded out if we break into song harmonizing.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Conrad has endured a month-long hike through the Montana mountains with limited resources. He is VERY outdoorsy (a lot more than me, Ann), so I do my best to keep up with him.

Ann has traveled the country with her family from coast to coast.

We can teach someone how to be hospitable, and definitly how to loosen up and have fun in the south. We'll teach you how to peel crawfish, and how to eat raw oysters. We would love to learn how to cook different kinds of unfamiliar foods, and maybe how to talk with a different accent, because we've heard we have the southern drawwww.
