About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm on a worldtrip right now.

ABOUT ME

I'm a vegan anarchist, I grew up in former GDR (east-germany) and lived in Leipzig during the turnaround in 1990. After that I lived some years in Karlsruhe and nowadays I live in Berlin. I enjoy traveling and spent the last six months in Spain and right now I'm excited about my next trip to North America.

PHILOSOPHY

My vision of the world is a world without borders, without wars and with equal rights for every human being. A world were people work together instead of against each other. A world without masters and money but with food and water for everyone. Where new ideas flourish and robots are researched and designed to help us to finally get rid of mindless work, instead of robots that are created to kill people.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I' did not host anyone yet since I discovered couch surfing during travelling. As soon as I'm back to Berlin I would love to host travellers from all over the world to meet new interesting people.

Interests

I like to cook vegan dishes, ride my bike, travel, computer networks, gardening, reading, sports (mainly Modern Arnis, which is a self-defence system from the Philippines), poi spinning

Music, Movies & Books

I like the books of Stanisław Lem, Douglas Adams, Friedrich Dürrenmatt and many other authors.
The Dispossessed from Ursula K. Le Guin is one of my favorite books. At the moment I'm reading "Neuromancer" by William Gibson.

Music: Mostly Punk/Postpunk and some (conscious) hiphop, Psytrance, Darktrance

Movies: Nearly everything from Kubrik and the Coen brothers and much more.

One Amazing Thing I've Done

One time in La Gomera me and a friend discovered a huge cave near the beach, which also had access to the atlantic ocean via a big tunnel below sea level. It was possible to enter the cave from the beach side, and we saw (and heared) the huge waves crushing into the cave and onto the opposite wall of it. It was amazing to feel the power of the waves.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share programming/networking/fixing computer problems-skills, stencil making, Modern Arnis (Philippine self defence), cooking (vegan), german language (mother tongue), basic poi moves

Countries I've Visited
