I work in physics research; more specifically, my job consiste in modeling the propagation of light in the atmosphere, especially in clouds. I can tell you more about this and its applications if you're interested :) My main tool is the computer, which I use for programming my simulations, and I love my job. My work gives me a lot of flexibility, and I hope to have even more in the future, allowing me to work from almost anywhere, making it easier for me to travel.

I do think that work is a great way to integrate. I believe that we can share a lot with those around us, not just by talking but also by doing something together. That’s why I did my first Workaway this summer 1 month on a farm. I definitely think I'll do it again on my future travels! I also love sports and physical effort in general. I’m not necessarily looking for comfort during my travels; I also enjoy living simply and minimally. I love finding beautiful landscapes or meeting interesting people. I like the idea of create opportunities to meet nice persons who allow me to see things differently, which can be a source of inspiration in my everyday life. If I can, I also like helping the people who live in the countries I visit, having a positive form of tourism that supports local populations.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm lucky enough to be able to travel quite often. I really enjoy meeting locals during my travels. I would like to go for a drink occasionally with locals to learn more about the local culture, places to visit, discover the customs of the region, etc

If you don't have a lot of time, and if you can advise me where to go and what to do in the surroundings, it's already a lot for me!
