ABOUT ME

I'm an aspiring architect looking to move onto the next chapter of my life in NY. I've always wanted to venture out and explore new places to see and live. I'm pretty laid back, get along with almost anyone, and really enjoy meeting new people. I've just recently decided to roll the dice and see what I can find in terms of building my career in one of the greatest cities on Earth.

I'm looking to borrow some couches while I look for a place to live in NY...after that I'll be sure to return the favor.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My latest couchsurfing experience was at a guy's apartment just outside of Paris. I got into contact with him through a girlfriend's connection on facebook. So on my way out of Europe, he put me up in his living room, which was in a half-way renovated space with not heating in the middle of January. But his gracious hospitality and friendly attitude was more than enough for my stay of 2 nights. He helped me out a lot as I had to make my way to the American embassy to renew my passport.

Interests

I like to read articles about design, anything from graphics, the web, architecture, bikes...and I love to ride my own bike through the city, meet up with friends over a few beers, live concerts, road trips, car shows, lounges, the beach, and nothing beats the NBA playoffs.

It's amazing how far you can go, in every sense, if you just ask. Whether you're looking to get out, find that dream job, get the girl(or guy), or for directions - it never hurts to ask.
