About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Ultimately, see the world! Currently, get to South Carolina for a good friend's military graduation.
ABOUT ME
I am a Christian college student. I grew up in the Methodist church, but now primarily attend non-denomination churches. I am from Florida, and am currently attending Asbury University in Kentucky.
PHILOSOPHY
I live my life trying to treat everyone the best I can. I love people, and have a special passion for young and/or single mothers.
We only get to experience this life once, so get the most out of it you can!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am interested in connecting with other people who want to build a better sense of community. I am unable to host people in my dorm, but I am interested in couch surfing myself and in hosting as soon as I get my own place (which should be sometime this year).
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I spent seven weeks with a group called the Young Continentals back in 2007. Each night, we performed a concert with a message about knowing the difference between truth and deceit. After the concert, we would go in pairs to host homes and spend the night. I loved meeting and talking with all the different people. One of my favorite memories was when I met someone in California with a mug from Publix (a grocery chain in SE USA).
Interests
I enjoy most kinds of music, especially country and pop.
I love horses. I actually chose Asbury in part because of their horse programs.
I'm interested in traveling, and would love to see Paris and London some day.
I love cooking! Before I came to college, I shopped with coupons and would create tasty meals with whatever I could get a good deal on.

Music, Movies, and Books
I will listen to almost any type of music. I love piano music, country, and some pop. I like adventure movies and chick flicks. I read all the Harry Potter books as I was growing up, and was always a pretty big fan.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went to the Grand Canyon for Christmas a couple years ago. It was one of the most breathtaking things I have seen. I also went to Hawaii back in 2007. It was amazing. I loved meeting the people there and trying new foods.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to cook. I enjoy taking random things in the kitchen and making a delicious meal.
I'm also pretty good with computers.
