ABOUT ME

I am currently living in Boulder, Colorado and travel to India every year. I have a thriving Massage/Structural Integration/Mind-Body Coaching Practice. The official answer to what I do is: I help people reduce the effects of stress in their life and retrain their nervous systems to reduce physical pain.

I am not a hippie! No offense to hippies, I've got quite a few friends who would categorize themselves that way. As a fellow colleague who teaches Yoga and does massage said, I do all this mind-body stuff because it works. Unfortunately, I can't add the part about killing and dressing a deer, that is out of my scope of practice, or having a jacked up truck, I drive a Honda Civic when I am not walking, biking or taking public transportation.

But I can make Channa Masala for about a hundred or more people. Cooked at a few Dharma Centers. Okay, I am sounding like a hippie, but really I am an old Punk.

I listen to almost everything. I watch a lot of Bollywood Movies. And I do read those things called books sometimes when I am traveling.
