ABOUT ME

I'm a dilettante in a specialization world. That used to bother me, but I'm getting used to my particular quirks. I am very social, and I also need a lot of quiet and alone time. I love my city and can't imagine living anywhere else. My goals, when I have them, include getting a dog, making more art, writing for fun, dancing, and improving my cooking skills. Ok, the truth is I have HUNDREDS of goals that change all the time. Like I said, dilettante.

PHILOSOPHY

Freedom is very important to me. Freedom means being my most authentic self, living a life that is more than just possessions and accomplishments, and not BEING a possession either. I consider it my job to become more open-minded, friendly, relaxed, helpful, and loving.

Interests

Things I like: anything I haven't tried before (well, almost), great food, wine and cocktails, books (esp. sci fi and fantasy), writing, arts and crafts (atcs, collage, journaling, embroidery, whatever strikes my fancy!), meeting people, and being alone. Silence is my favorite music.
