LA on an extremely low budget
I promote music for several record labels, have a weekly internet radio show, enjoy dancing, documentaries and sport and am a smoker (though don't smoke much, so am happy to stay in a non-smokers place and abstain if necessary! :)).
I like the philosophies of Kierkergaard, Buddha, Ghandi, Jesus, Monty Python (always look on the bright side of life!) and generally anyone who has a bit of wisdom.
spreading culture and great music from my home town and beyond to as far afield as I can. This sometimes involves traveling, and quite often involves funding it myself. I set up my own business recently.
I treat others how I wish to be treated, respect many religions and cultures, and have good manners. There is more to me than meets the eye and I can get along with most types of people.
Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love all sorts of music, and as the industry is now a DIY market, am looking for ways on a budget to travel the world meeting useful clients without spending a fortune, as we don't have the financial prowess of big labels, but still have some great positive music of all genres to spread around the globe. Birmingham has really got it going on when it comes to music and I am on a mission to get it all over the world!
Sport (netball and running)
Morceaux de musique, films et livres
Movies: The Godfather trilogy, Kill Bill, The Big Labowski, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, dead Man's Shoes, Casino, Nick Broomfiled films. TV: Mad Men, The Sopranos, Nurse Jackie, a good documentary about music, life etc.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
Latcho Drom - a film which charts the journey of gypsy music.
Bela Fleck 'Throw down your heart' - excellent film about a guy who goes from Europe to Africa to celebrate the true origin of the banjo.
All the amazing music gigs I have seen, which are too many to list.
Enseignez, apprenez, partagez
I can share great music from where I live and beyond and contacts in the music industry, particularly in the UK, as that is what I do for a living.
I would like to learn about more people, cultures and life, and any contacts along the way who might be good for the work I do in the music biz.
