I love to learn and travel. Learn anything and everything : astronomy, swimming, mathematics, information theory, mechanical, biology, photography etc. Travel anywhere and everywhere : Peru, Africa, India, Japan, Russia, Europe, USA etc.

ABOUT ME

I am a student of every discipline you can name and teach me. I love to learn and see the world unfold. I love to recognize the patterns of evolution. I am a very friendly guy who is open to all cultures and I am looking to learn from everyone around me. I believe in the sloka "Aano bhadra krtavo yantu vishwatah" which means "let good thought come to me from everywhere".
I love my father and sister more than anything in this world. I love to travel and see places. With my limited resources I have been to Himalayas, Chilika lake, Paris, Nice, Rome, Milan, Pisa, Switzerland, Niagara, Bruce and I am now planning to tour Russia.
I am a vegetarian and I do not smoke and I do not touch alcohol.

PHILOSOPHY

You get as much good as you do good. The person whom you help may not get an opportunity to return your favour, but definitely, there will be someone who will help you in times of your need. This is a simple philosophy. The person in need is only giving you an opportunity for you to do good. Disassociate the person from his need. This will enable you to help people for whom you do not have a very good feeling too.
Another overwhelming philosophy I have experimented with and found to be true is "Be the change you wish to see in the world".
Another strong thought : Never blame someone or find a fault. Demonstrate what you wish to see and you will bring about the change.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently a student sharing a two bedroom apartment with my roommate at Ann Arbor. If my roommate permits I am willing to accommodate anyone in my apartment for a few days (say 5 to 7). I would be very happy to cook food for my host though it is going to be only vegetarian.
