About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Going confidently in the direction of my dreams

ABOUT ME

Looking for a way of life that fufills my heart and soul and makes me truly happy, everyday.

PHILOSOPHY

In the end, I've come to believe in something I call "The Physics of the Quest." A force in nature governed by laws as real as the laws of gravity. The rule of Quest Physics goes something like this: If you're brave enough to leave behind everything familiar and comforting, which can be anything from your house to bitter, old resentments, and set out on a truth-seeking journey, either externally or internally, and if you are truly willing to regard everything that happens to you on that journey as a clue and if you accept everyone you meet along the way as a teacher and if you are prepared, most of all, to face and forgive some very difficult realities about yourself, then the truth will not be withheld from you.

the state of your life is nothing more then a reflection of your state of mind

The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past worry about the future or anticipate troubles but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly

All problems contain the seeds of opportunity. By possessing that level of awareness you can take any moment and transform it. If you do this every situation becomes an opportunity for the creation of something new and beautiful. It's all about how you look at it.

And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.

The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered - “Man. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.
