Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am mostly from a rural town in Tennessee, but moved around quite a bit growing up. I love the outdoors: hiking, kayaking, backpacking, and just exploring the area around me.I love to cook, but hardly do any of that right now due to the demands of school. I haven't done much climbing or skydiving, but hope to someday.
Seeking people in the places I spend 6 weeks rotations to show me the local hang outs: from food to outdoor areas to run around. I am looking for housing for 6 weeks at a time, but not couch surf. (It is too long to stay for free with someone I don't know; plus I don't want to have to move during my 6 weeks in the area.)
Besides studying, there isn't much to add. While in Vegas my interest was trying to find green space and seeing if I could consume the "All you can eat" limit at various sushi restaurants. Otherwise, biking, hiking, reading articles about the brain (try it-you may like it!), and learning to cook new foods , swimming, exploring new places, learning foreign languages, locating the big dipper and Orion's belt.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hmm...I am going to have to live more to share more. Laying on my back looking at space junk float through the stratosphere in Red Rocks Amphitheater, CO. Reaching the top of Mt. LeConte in Great Smokey Mountain National Park.
