Thanks for your messages and requests. Recently I am very busy and seems difficult to accept the requests. Sorry.
I hope to change my status to accept the guests sooner, and looking forward to seeing you.
Basically I may be able to host only women sufers who are coming on weekends.
Please consider it before you send your requests.
I was born and raised in Tokyo. After college, I moved several cities in Japan and furthermore I've live in US for three years. It was exciting years. The days and people whom I met those days broaden my view.
Now I'm in Kofu. It's a nice city nearby Tokyo, and we are proud to have our national heritage Mt. Fuji!
I like to meet people from different cultural area. And I hope to show good things and places of my country.
I would like to become friends who is well organized person.
Some CSers who send me an urgent request on the day or a day before they come, are likely to cancel easily.
I do not like to get pushed around. And usually I feel sorry to decline your request because I've already had my plans.
If you are thinking to make a short trip to Kofu, please send me your request at least a week before.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Since I love traveling, I would like to help the people who are traveling now.
When I was student, I visited my friends and/or friend's friends places. They were very kind to host me and give me some chances to see many places in the world.
Now it's my turn to host.
I hosted French sisters last fall. First day, I asked them to visit Kawaguchi-ko area by themselves, cause I have to work on weekdays. Second day, it was holiday and we visited several places including Onsen together. It was great experience, and appreciate them for coming my place.
Travel to the space! Someday, we will be able to go anywhere in the space like we can go anywhere on the earth now, I believe.
Music, Movies, and Books
I love 'Twilight'. Both movies and books.
Also I read 'Suiko-den' (Chinese book in Japanese translation) recently. It was long and great story. I like it too.
Teach, Learn, Share
Before 2020 Tokyo Olympic, I would like to pass the interpreter-guide test.
Teaching about Japanese things such as geography, history, and culture in English will be nice practice for me. I appreciate your questions.
And of course, it's my pleasure to share your cultures.
