Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have had a great welcome from individuals and families round the world and would like to give something back by way of local knowledge,to encourage people to visit this area.
I also welcome walkers from the Pennine Way, who may need some "luxury" after roughing it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None....but have hostelled and camped extensivly in the U.K.and abroard.
A friend in Edinburgh has started couchsurfing recently and speaks highly of the whole idea.

Nothing after the Beatles
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Seen Mount Fuji in winter, the Grand Canyon at sunset, The Golden Gate Bridge, Sidney Opera House and have climbed Half Dome in Yosemite.
Walked to Milford Sound in New Zealand, the West Coast Trail on Vancouver Island and saw the sun rise over Machu Pichu in Peru.
Spoke ernestlly to pelicans in the Galapagos and filmed tapier and humpback whales in Costa Rica.
(Didn't ride the Maid of the Mist at Niagera)
