Maria: Hi there! I'm a really easy going person and I'm just always looking for a new journey to go on. I can honestly say I seek nothing more than to just learn from people and to meet individuals who have a story to share. I have been living in Miami for the past 14 years, and even though I have had the opportunity to travel a lot, this will be my first time going on my own (other than Brazil, but that was a program >< ). I enjoy filming my stories and adventures, and later creating videos to share. I'm always happy and can find comfort doing basically anything anywhere! From lazy movie binge days to hiking across the forest and camping the night while looking at the stars: I'm happy! I LOVE chocolate and spicy food; weird combo, I know >.<. I also have four tattoos and plan on adding MORE!! It would be amazing to meet people who can recommend good artists and places along the way in order to add to myself! :D

Sito: Hi everyone :)Just to tell you a little bit about myself I am a musician and a dancer and my foremost passion is music. I play Guitar and Piano and I love to meet new people. Every person you meet is a new story added to the book of your life so I try and meet as many people as possible whenever I travel. I love to camp, run, and longboard. I am a big fan of all types of artistic work no matter the genre or kind. I have lived in many states surrounding the east coast of the united states in my early childhood and have learned much from the diverse cultures that encompass America. I love to learn and am a very easy going and fun person and I look forward to learning about all the different cultures around the world.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We will be mostly participating as surfers. Since we will be traveling for the upcoming 6 months on a budget, we are hoping to meet people who can help us. Not only with housing, but recommendations on how to truly enjoy their city CHEAPLY :P. After traveling though, we will be living in different apartments (One in Las Vegas, NV and one in Orlando, FL) where people can be more than welcome to stay!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Recently we created a Youtube channel for this trip and will be doing a documentary of what this trip will bring into our life. Sito: been part of a cabal ceremony, have been a secondary witness in a suspected murder case,have run 7 marathons, have snowboarded, have been scuba diving, have seen the coral reefs in Hawaii, ridden a horse, have survived 4 car accidents 3 of which I was not the driver, have been in many dance battles one with a crowd of about 600 people, started a mini-business when I was in High school, have seen Cirque Du Soleil, learned how to drive stick shift, have been indoor skydiving, saved my sister's life from drowning.

We are both very involved in the arts. Maria doing production, stage management, and directing. Sito plays guitar, sax and piano. Can also dance and do acrobatics! We can teach people about survival (camping, the outdoors, etc). We can also share our experience in the art world and about our travels.
