ABOUT ME

I'll have to update this better later because I am procrastinating writing a paper to sign up. People describe me as a bit of a goof at times...because I like to have fun and I have a bit of a mental sense of humour. But I'm also pretty mellow and value my quiet time. I'm not cliquey so you'll find me hanging with different kinds of people all the time. I'm a joker, drinker, non-smoker, work/play hard, admittedly moody one week of the month (admittance is the first step to saving your friends from the torment). I'm honest (brutally at times), open, and like to have others introduce me to new things.

PHILOSOPHY

Balance...uhm..."everythi ng happens for a reason"...my best friend told me that, when it comes to men I tend to "ask nothing, wonder later"...but honestly, I think of the right question 5 seconds after the fact. I'm slow, so take it easy!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The only "couch surfing" experience I've had is when my friend took me in for 7 weeks before I came to France. I had gotten rid of my place and sold all of my belongings to I could afford this study abroad...I learned how to contribute to make my stay less of a burden...dinners, dishes, drinks :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am the first person in my family to ever leave North America. I am studying in France (learning french somewhat)...I spent April travelling to Brussels, all through Germany, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands...that is pretty amazing to me. 24 days; 11 cities.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think I need to be schooled more in this section. From my travels, I've learned the importance of balance in so many aspects. Whirlwind tours can be fun...but so can sitting back and spending days doing nothing...in a foreign country. It feels good to have TIME. kay, I'm sounding lame
