I'm close to retiring so will have time to fulfil my dream of travelling and meeting people, getting to know other cultures . I'd also like to have guests and make friends. Well, it's really tough to talk about oneself. I've never been good at that. Just a middle- aged woman, remembering and longing for hippies' times (but no drugs), loving music, films, books, trying to be happy, not thinking about sad parts of people's lives (but it's sometimes difficult).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It opens the world. It's an alternative for tourism from travel agencies - always the same things and with no real knowledge of the country you're visiting.
