ABOUT ME

Hi everybody! I'm Barbara, a former student in Trento, now a PhD candidate in Paris.
I love music, cinema, books: I just love art in every way, and I'm really sensitive to it.
I love doing simple things: i can have fun staying home with a movie and some beers, or playing cards in a pub with my friends. I simply enjoy staying relaxed, and talk, and laugh. Some people might think it's boring; i just love it.
I also enjoy writing: I find it liberating, and I do it every time I can.

Anyway it doesn't make much sense saying everything about me in here: if we meet, we'll talk and discover lots of things about each other. Looking forward to it!

Interests

I love reading and writing.
I like spending time in relaxing places, with relaxing people (not exactly the disco-big groupe of people-super parties-kind of person). I love talking in my bad english, my bad german and my bad french, because that's what i study, so, if you speak one or more of these languages, watch out! I'm going to talk a lot.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy going to the cinema - lately not so much, way too expensive, don't you think? - , and I could watch some movies over and over again.

Of course I love music too - who doesn't? Mainly classic rock, some metal, some pop. Lately lots of tango, and some blues. A little bit of everything.

I love reading. Some of my favourite classics are: The Picture of Dorian Gray, Il Piacere, Se una notte d'inverno un viaggiatore, El túnel, Les Choses, Madame Bovary, Notre Dame de Paris, Germinal.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Attack of a million rats along the Rio de la Plata: it sounds stupid, but i was so scared (i was a child then) i think i'll never forget about it.

Seeing Apollo e Dafne sculpture in Villa Borghese, Rome: 20 minutes spent in the most absolute adoration of art.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love cooking, so I´ll be happy to do it for you if you want!
I´m always willing to listen to travel stories and all kinds of those weird experiences all CSers sooner or later start collecting.
