ABOUT ME

Life as a pediatric/pregnancy-focused chiropractor brought me from New York, to Minneapolis, to Cayman Islands, to Bermuda. While on the adventure, I met my best friend in Bermuda and married him in Hawaii on 8/8. After a process of dissolving what was left of ego, we recently left our jobs and follow where the Universe leads us. For the time being, we are exploring Oregon. We're confident we'll know where we need to be. Our intention is to live truth, and wander with wonder until we are called to plant roots. Will it be Oregon? Hawaii? Or someplace unforeseen at present? :)

Reconnection to Self/Source through removal of the falsities of ego. Playing in nature. Eating real, organic, locally-sourced foods. Connecting with others. Helping others reconnect. Sharing the journey. Living life with love.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing the world from above the clouds on Mauna Kea. Running out into the flats of Death Valley in 110 degree heat. But my favorite life moment so far was standing on the northern tip of Hawaii, finding myself reflected in another person, as I married my best friend and ultimate adventure buddy.
