Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Unfortunately i'm not making enough good use of couchsurfing. There are a lot of travellers and musicians coming to visit the LBB (the place where i live) that me and my housemates offer a night or more to sleep in our guestroom.

Interests

Im activein some very nice projects:

Het Landhuis (The Landhouse):
in 2009 we started the renovation of an old empty house. There were no floors and roof and everything is repaired with founded (garbage) materials. Instead of living there, we decided to give it back to the city for everyone who wants to organise something that makes the world a little bit better.

The Landbouwbelang: Cultural Freezone LBB
The LBB is a squated factory where 17 social and creative entrepeneurs live together as a community and organise initiatives as a collective. From musicevents for 500 visitors, an Dinner Cafe with only organic and vegan food, Free Shop where all articels are for free, exhibitions, theatre plays, workshops, and much more. I'm one of the residents.

Proeftuin Sphinxpark:
In april 2012 we started an open urban garden in a unused space in the middle of the city. Everyone who is interested can join.

Wine Farm*:
In 2013 a friend of my and me will start growing grapes on a little winefield. With the annual harvest we will start to make wine. We're very excited!
