About Me

French student in Lyon. I was born in this amazingly dynamic town, which is France's third biggest city.

I study the New Uses of Journalism and have been studying letters for 3 years.
Currently planing my internship in Belgium, from January to May (4 months); 2 months in Brussels and 2 months in Namur, in three different media groups.

I'm a funny, curious guy who enjoys meeting new people and sharing his story with the others. I'm also fond of literature, which I studied for years, and I'm always looking forward to discovering new cultures through my different meetings.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a funny, curious guy who enjoys meeting new people and sharing his story with the others. I'm also fond of literature, which I studied for years, and I'm always looking forward to discovering new cultures through my different meetings.

I chose couchsurfing because paying my rent every month in Lyon makes it hard for me to find an apartment in Belgium. Moreover, I also love the idea to live, temporarily, in someone else's house; I think it's an incredible way to discover the city, its inhabitants, its culture and its atmosphere.

Interests

My interests are quite normal for a 21y-o guy:

I love music - which I play since 2012 - and concerts more than everything. I also enjoy eating good local food - I always say that I "visit countries with my stomach" - which can be an asset for me and a default for people who host me haha.

As I'm a curious guy, I'm always open to discover new things and places; natural parks, museums, books people enjoy, cinemas, good movies to watch, interesting people to meet, beautiful landscapes to see. Everything in life that can be inspiring and breathetaking.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite Music: old rock, and goooooood pop music
Favorite Movies: all of Woody Allen's filmography, and quite everything about Natalie Portman
Favorite Books: The Perfume (Patrick Süskind), Froth on the Daydream (Boris Vian)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've traveled to Turkey once; my trip lasted three weeks and it was one of the most amazing experiences i've ever had.
The other "crazy" things I've done: camping like a hobo in front of arenas for concerts (one or two a year keep the body clean!).

Teach, Learn, Share

Teaching things about my city, about me and about my cultures is perhaps the thing I'm the best at.
Learning from the others is the key to open your mind.
Sharing what I know and what I've learned is the point of my presence on couchsurfing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My cooking talents ? (Half French, half Italian, I strangely know who to cook a wonderful chicken curry!)
My several languages: french, English, italian, and notions of ancient Greek and Spanish.
My knowledge of Lyon and of France in general.
My humour and unbreakable happiness.

Countries I’ve Visited

France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey

Countries I’ve Lived In
