One year into my 5 year plan to move to either Oz or the US!

ABOUT ME

Me, I'm 36 and have realised there's more to life than Manchester! I've wanted to visit so many countries and cities over the years but money and my relentless desire to study degree after degree always seem to get in the way. I eventually want to move to Oz or the US (probably the US) so I'm looking to scope out a few places on my list, hopefully with the help of a few couches and some lovely knowledgeable people :o)

Music - Coldplay, Muse, Foo Fighters, Kings of Leon, Sterophonics, Eagles of Death Metal, Them Crooked Vultures. I like a bit of anything.....from a bit of Sinatra to Prodigy

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Met baby tigers at Australia Zoo
-Saw Steve Irwin before he died (from afar but it still counts)
-Scuba dived in a shoal of barracuda in Indonesia
-Snorkelled with a sea turtle on the Whitsundays
-Watched extensive reconstructive facial surgery in theatre (bloody amazing to me anyway)
-Watched open heart surgery and saw a heart beating in someone's chest
-Swam with dolphins in Cuba
