ABOUT ME
I love quality conversation, I laugh loudly, I enjoy food, I like to learn, I don't like noisy clubs, I dislike pretentious people, I dont smoke, I drink a little, I'm an animal lover, sometimes children make me nervous, I'm addicted to sudoku.
PHILOSOPHY
"A human being is part of the whole called by us "universe", a part limited in time and space. We experience ourselves, our thoughts and feelings as something separate from the rest. A kind of optical delusion of consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from the prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.......We shall require a substantially new manner of thinking if mankind is to survive". -Albert Einstein
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I am an absolute newbie to organised CS. But I have certainly slept on a few couches in my 28 years (and had my couch slept on!)
Interests
I really enjoy yoga. I mainly practice Hatha Yoga but have also tried Astanga. I am also interested in meditation, enjoy good conversation, good food, learning from others, reading, trekking and just generally exploring our world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sitting peacefully on a boat watching the sun rise over the Ganges was beautiful!
Teach, Learn, Share
I am very happy to discuss what I have learnt at uni. I find people love to discuss armchair psychology (e.g. "I think my crazy uncle does this because.... what do you think?")! But I am also happy to share what I know about yoga and meditation!
I am interested in learning languages, especially strengthening my Italian!
