ABOUT ME

I am 24, mostly lesbian, hard working and a college student. I like to sew, unfortunately I don't get to very often. I love to bake and to cook, and yeah make fun of me, but I actually enjoy cleaning. Woo stereotypes :-p

PHILOSOPHY

My main goal in life is to become financially independent and to help people like me who have has issues with living in a stable home. I want to have somewhere that I can offer a couch or floor to kids who have been kicked out for whatever reason. I think the only reason anyone should be doing things is to better themselves or their children.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am actually homeless right now. My mom is selling her house and kicked me out of it with no notice. I have a bit of time left to get my things into storage, but I have been bouncing between a few friend's houses and need a few different places to stay until I can manage to get into a more stable living situation. I'm not at all negative about my situation, things happen and I am fortunate enough to be a college student with a decent job that can handle this kind of stress. A few new friend's never hurt any one as far as I am concerned.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couch surfed around with friends, friend's of friends, slept in my car, and even got to sleep on a few couches in Hawaii once upon a time.

Interests

I love to read and write. I like to be around people who enjoy just shooting the shit and enjoying time with other people.

I listen to all kinds of music. Watch netflix when I can, LOVE Dr. Who. I will read almost anything you hand me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in Hawaii for year. Gave my daughter up for adoption at 18. Saved the life of a mother and child. And I work in a place that I get to see dolphins swim every day/

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach people how to sew, from mending holes to sewing entire pieces of clothing. I can cook and bake. I make hair bows that I try to sell when I can. I have taught a friend's daughter how to read to pass her FCAT in the past. I have home schooled a fourth grader for a year. I have many stories and experiences and at the very minimum I can certainly be entertaining.
