My current mission is to remember how great life is and embrace that!

ABOUT ME

Living a healthy, adventurous, loving life is extremely important to me. I want to see as much as possible and meet amazing people along the way. I love doing just about anything you can name.....really, I mean it. I am up for anything. What I choose to do is play a lot of sports, spend a lot of time with family, believe in God, spend time outside (especially in warm weather, but I can handle cold too....for a bit), enjoy big groups of people, love live music.
I am looking forward to the new people and places of my future!

PHILOSOPHY

I live to love in a way that appreciates what I feel was given to me by God. Life is a gift and I want to unwrap it (to be completely cheesy)!!

I love music, but would not say I am exactly educated. I like a bunch of oldies, Bon Iver, Kenny Rogers, Adele,classical.
Favorite book is The Count of Monte Cristo (amazing) tying with Man's Search for Meaning (if you want perspective read this).
Love foreign films- favorite thus far is Amalie. I love anything except horror films (I like sleeping at night with the lights out).

Something that I am passionate about and have had the opportunity to learn a lot about is autism. It is an amazing disorder that creates some amazing people. At this point a cure is not known, however, there is evidence supporting an influence, on behavior of people with autism, in diet. Restricting luten, Casein, and even yeast have been shown to be helpful therapeutically. Applied Behavior Analysis is the #1 therapy for autism and is an amazing program not only for the person with autism, but also for the therapist. The basic premise is retraining or implementing positive behavior by proactively realizing and reinforcing the correct behaviors instead of waiting for negative behaviors. Really and amazing concept for one to implement in all areas of life!
