About Me

To be a citizen of the world!

Bemazing -- beyond amazing haha.

I like discovering food places. I'm very passionate about burgers and desserts. I wish to improve my photography skills, it's been a while since I had some dose of creativity in my system.

Please don't ask me about clubbing/partying. I'm more of the bar-type of person, hang-out-while-a-band-is-playing.

I'm also a lesbian. I'm out to most of my friends and still finding the courage to tell the family.

Be awesome everyday.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I can show you around for drinks/coffee. Currently, I don't have a car, but I will get another one later this year. By then, it will be easier to move around the city. Or go to the towns nearby, like Tagaytay or Subic, we can split gas costs.

But for now we can do everything the Filipino way! Taxi+jeepney+trike mode!

Sorry, I'm unable to offer my place just yet. I will have to ask my roommate about that :)

UPDATE: Transpo available most part of May until first week of June. Just give me a notice in advance so we can work around the schedule!

The signing up part is tedious. Haha, just kidding. No experience just yet.

Music, Movies, and Books

Dave Matthews Band. Jason Mraz. Dashboard Confessional. Death Cab for Cutie. John Mayer. The National. Coldplay. That kind of music.

Also, musicals!--Rent, Spring Awakening, Avenue Q, Chicago, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Slept for 19 hours straight--best of all, no headache after. That broke my record of 18-hour slumber in 2008. Absolute bliss.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm amazed at the ways we celebrate birthdays. Germans do not appreciate being greeted in advance. Americans would treat the birthday celebrant for drinks/dinner. In the Philippines, you can greet someone even a week before the birthday itself, or even a month later and it's all good! And the celebrant will also have the privilege of feeding everyone at work and the family haha. Drinks are optional, but done anyway.

Countries I’ve Visited

China, Germany, Philippines, United States
