One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In October 2011, I underwent a Shamanic initiation, which involved climbing 4000 feet of a steep mountain in vans slip-on type shoes (twice), ingesting a highly toxic plant, and spending the night on the mountain (7000 feet) without proper camping equipment, including sleeping material.
